1. Registration & Payment 

Spots are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via e-Transfer to payments@soccerperformance.ca. Participation is not guaranteed until funds are successfully processed.

2. Liability Waiver 

By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge the physical nature of soccer and the inherent risks of athletic training. You agree to release Soccer Performance Canada, its coaching staff, and the facility providers from any and all liability for injuries sustained during the program.

3. Media Release 

You grant Soccer Performance Canada permission to use photographs and/or videos of the participant taken during camp activities for promotional, website, and social media purposes. If you wish to opt-out, please notify the coaching staff in writing prior to the first session.

4. Code of Conduct 

We strive for an elite, high-performance environment. Players and parents are expected to show respect to all staff and other participants. Soccer Performance Canada reserves the right to remove any individual whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the program.

5. Emergency Medical Care 

In the event of an emergency, you authorize Soccer Performance Canada staff to seek medical treatment for the participant if a parent or guardian cannot be reached immediately.
